Question: Impacting dog's behavior by how it's treated as a puppy?

Yes that is true but make sure you still let your puppy walk next to you so he gets used to walking because puppies are supposed to run tons.

i don't think it is a good thing that your dog is so overattached to you
that you can not have him off your lap.
i once had a bird that always had to be on my shoulder.
but even though it is not big - it gets on your nerves because
the dog or whatever it is does not always sit still.
sometimes you have to do something without the pet.
and then they suffer.
it is not a breed by the way. it is a mud.
