Question: my female chihuahua thinks she is a male dog!?

Hmm.. I don't even have to guess, I KNOW she's not spayed. That's the problem , She gets all dominate because of her hormones. Get her spayed. She'll be better, I cannot guarantee she'll stop . First, get her spayed then if she still doesn't stop, Go to a Dog Trainer or The Vet.

No she does not think she's male. Females are just as capable of marking as males - Fact. Some females especially dominant ones cock their legs. Treat the behavior as if she was simply going to the bathroom. Correct her, thoroughly clean the area and give it time.

Spay her asap then take her outside to pee. You must remove all the scent of the pee in the house. Lots of work.

Get her spayed that will make it easier and then give it time correct her but not rude be kind and just give it time!! that's all I can say just clean up the mess she leaves

She is very dominant, she might also be unsure of her position in her new "pack". A very dominant female will lift her leg, even if she is spayed.
You can keep her on a leash with you in the house to make it easier to correct her. Keep her in a crate or the bathroom when you can't watch her. Clean the places she urinated with an enzymatic cleaner you can get at a pet store. These sites have more tips. Good luck!
